In accordance with the decision of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, train passengers are obliged to meet the PCT (recovered-vaccinated-tested) requirement. The PCT requirement does not apply to children under 15, pupils and high-school students.

The use of a protective mask, hand disinfection and physical distancing remain mandatory for all passengers.

Passengers on board the train demonstrate compliance with the PCT requirement with proof of vaccination, negative test, or recovery from COVID-19.

Opening hours of international ticket offices from 16 November


Due to the containment and management of the COVID-19 epidemic and in accordance with the Ordinance of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia on the temporary prohibition, restrictions and manner of conducting public passenger transport on the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, train stations in Ljubljana, Celje and Maribor will be open under special conditions from 16 November 2020, and purchase of tickets for international trains will be possible.
