The new call routing and handling will include our key 080 and 01 telephone numbers and key passenger support e-mails (<strong><a href=\"mailto:potnik.info@slo-zeleznice.si\">potnik.info@slo-zeleznice.si<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong>and&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"mailto:pritozbe.pohvale@slo-zeleznice.si\">pritozbe.pohvale@slo-zeleznice.si<\/a><\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of the call centre redesign and upgrade is to further improve responsiveness and help customers more efficiently.
