From 5 May to 20 June, SŽ-Potniški promet will gradually implement a comprehensive upgrade of the application for handling calls and e-mails of our users. The new call routing and handling will include our key 080 and 01 telephone numbers and key passenger support e-mails ([email protected] and [email protected]).

The purpose of the call centre redesign and upgrade is to further improve responsiveness and help customers more efficiently. The new application will allow better call scheduling, the use of more informative answering machines and the possibility to use call-back for those of you who want to be called back to avoid waiting for an available agent.

During the transition period, there may be intermittent disruptions to call centre operations – there may be occasional unavailability, delays in receiving calls from our agents, unwanted replays of answering machines or distorted formats of responses to your messages.

As before, we will continue to do our best to answer all questions and suggestions from passengers as quickly as possible and with all the information you need to make your journey a pleasant one.
