Across Europe by train

Next to the options available from our list of international destinations, you can also travel to other places in Europe. To plan out your route and calculate the costs of your journey, you can use the international journey planner.

Buy in Slovenia

Tickets for international journeys to any European country can be purchased at our international ticket offices up to two months in advance. When only a part of your journey will be by train, it is a good idea to buy or book tickets for foreign train services – be it local, high-speed (e.g. Eurostar, TGV or ICE) or sleeper trains – at our sales outlets so you don’t get caught out by any surprises.

However, if you plan to discover a particular country or several countries, we recommend buying an Interrail One Country Pass, which is valid for travel on rail networks in your selected country, or an Interrail Global Pass, which is valid for travel on all participating European train networks. You can read more about Interrail ticket offers and fares here.
